Lamma is a very small Island located
in the west of Hongkong, It is a very peaceful and tranquil, with lovely hills, mountains,
valleys and forests, it is kind of seperated by the narrow East Lamma channnel from
Aberdeen. TThe
atmosphere is cold because of the hill's and trees. There are'nt any official major
buildings or nor there are any cars nor buses on this Island. Ther is'nt any historical
importance of this place it basically a intresting for people who enjoy beautiful natural
secenry. There is a number of ferry services several times a day to and from Yung Shue wan
and Sok Kwo Wan, the two main villages in Lamma.
You could take a ferry and
plan return from Hongkong Island - Central start ferry pier. There is a path
from Yung Shue Wan over the hills and through valleys to Sok Kwo Wan.
