She has headed as the principal of the school since 1980. Has worked in Friends Select School Pennslivania USA for a period of two years (1977-1979)

During her tenure abroad she has done research on the following topics:

1. Principalship in educational administration.
2. Apprasil system for a teacher.
3. Curricular evaluation and development process.

• Elected as Vice President asscocation of ICSE Schools Maharastra in February 1998
• Elected as President of asscciation of ICSE schools Maharatra in February 2000
• Was elected as Special Executive Magistrate by the government of Maharastra in the year 1988.
