Hello guys, I hope you enjoy watching this site. Well I will start by introducing myself. My name is Heer Kothari. I am the ex-student of Walshingham House School. I as a student of this school enjoyed my days. The love that I got from my teachers and principal is unforgettable and that has helped me to shape for myself a very bright future. When I left school I decided that I must become something in life and do my bit for my school.

In the month of march my board exams got over. I was really excited to do something. Sitting idle was not something that I wanted to do so I decided to learn computers and learn something more in the field. I did a lovely course of web designing in compufield and this is part of my project. I decided to work on Walshingham house school, and thought of making a beautiful Web Site. I wanted to let world know about my school. I am sure this Site will give detailed information about the school, enabling many students to seek addmission.

Walshingham House School was first situated at Oomer Park in Mumbai, it was founded by Mrs. Tree and Mrs. Adcock in the year 1940. This school was basically etablished for the children whose parents were posted in india (the British Officials). Mrs Tree was the first Principal of the school. But later Mrs. Adcock started to run the school. In the beginning the school was not meant for indians but gradually the policy eased off. In the year 1950 the school moved to Breach Candy in Mumbai, later on in the year 1965 it moved to the residential Malabar Hill Area, at that point of time the property belonged to the Maharaja of Kutch (none of the dariya mahal buildings were present) it was in the same year that Mrs. Adcock resigned and the property was sold to the Mittals. In the year 1974 Mr.A.D. Tripathi was the administrator of the school. As soon as Mr.Tripathi resigned Mrs.Uma Mittal came onto the seat. Eventually in the year 1980 Mrs. Mittal was (rather is) the principal of the school.

The school has strict admission rules and admits children only on the basis of merit, talent and capability.
