SPS share brokers pvt. ltd. is a seven year young company holding membership on the BOMBAY STOCK EXCHANGE since 1992.  It was incorporated into a corporate entity in 1998. 

  SPS is headed by its oldest and experienced Director, Mr. Pramod P. Shah. Asseted with expertise in the capital and money market, working on it for the last 35 years.  He provides the backbone at SPS. Followed by him,  is the young and dynamic Director , Mr. Sandeep P. Shah. 
A Commerce graduate, Sandeep at a raw age of 19 plunged into the trading world, with no experience or management skills on his portfolio. Functioning only as a communicator, conveying messages across clients, and delivering contracts papers to them, he was not however happy with what he was doing.   With the undying thirst to learn and an ambition in mind, he was all set to discover the ins and outs of this enchanting, fast paced money market.  He would speak to  a variety of people , go through national and international magazines to gather the details of the Exchange, its rules and principles, compiled them to serve as   his guides.  After struggling for a period of 5 years, SPS was concieved.

SPS activated its  membership on THE BOMBAY STOCK EXCHANGE in 1992. Working from a shabby office located adjacent to the exchange building, SPS did not have enough manpower.  As time passed, strength increased in terms of its number of clients.  It was now in need of more hands to carry out their functioning. So 4 experienced personnel were employed and since then there has been  no looking back . The company grew in terms of its capital investment, number of clients and its abilities.   They  acquired a larger premises to operate from and shifted to their current address at Agra building. 

SPS now caters to  a large corporate clientele, managing portfolios, working for Banks and all units of UTI.With feet firmly on ground , SPS is principally based and does not believe in any sort of speculation and does not advise it for its clients as well.  Services include personalised communication for stock broking  and badla trading, Investment advisory, and portfolio management.

Having come a long way, SPS is proud of its achievements and believes there is no substitute to hard work. We had a glorious past and we are confident of a promising  future.
